Margaret LaRoche of Silverlake, N.H., Helps 4x800-Meter Relay Set Record, Earn WPI Women's Student-Athlete of the Week Honors

Margaret LaRoche helped the 4x800-meter relay team secure a new school record en route to WPI Women's Student-Athlete of the Week accolades for the week ending Sunday, March 1st.

The quartet of Maggie LaRoche, Gina Capobianco, Kimberlee Kocienski and Julie Tevenan combined to register a school-record time of 9:32.61 at the All-New England All-Divisions Championships at Boston University this weekend. The time was nearly 20 seconds better than the previous mark.
