John 'Jack' Bauer of Cumberland, R.I., Named WPI Men's Student-Athlete of the Week as Part of Swimming Relay

John 'Jack' Bauer was part of the 200-yard medley relay of the swimming & diving team to have been named as the WPI Male Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sunday, March 19th.

The quartet of sophomore Jack Bauer, senior Tim Petri, junior Karim Elsayed and senior Andrew Bauer clocked a 1:29.74 in the 200-yard medley relay championship final to become the highest finishing relay in program history. The quartet went on to account for an individual All-America and three solo honorable mention All-Americas, as well as parts of two honorable mention All-America relays.
