Georgetown Resident Sydney Packard Tabbed as WPI Women's Student-Athlete of the Week

Sydney Packard from the cross country team has been tabbed as the WPI Female Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sunday, September 24th.

Packard enjoyed a top 15 finish at the ultra-competitive Purple Valley Classic on Saturday. Her 13th-place time of 22:53.8 helped the Engineers, who entered the week 10th in the region, best nationally-ranked No. 7 Ithaca, No. 35 Rochester and New England No. 9 Amherst.
