Volleyball (20-7) posted its first 20-win season since 2010 and earned its first NEWMAC tournament berth since 2012 after a going 5-5 in conference play in head coach Greg Poole's third year on Boynton Hill. Over the course of the campaign, the Engineers defeated the 2014 and 2015 conference tournament champion Babson, appeared in the New England Women's Volleyball Association poll and were recognized in two of the three public NCAA Division III Regional Rankings.
