Brendan Marion of Norristown, Pa., Named WPI Men's Student-Athlete of the Week

Brendan Marion from the wrestling team has been named as the WPI Male Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sunday, January 7th.

A triple winner at 165 on Saturday, Marion began the day with an 11-3 major decision versus Roger Williams. He then earned a 9-4 decision over his opponent from Trinity before closing out with a pin in just 2:48 against his Wesleyan foe. The rookie is 15-3 overall, and 7-2 in dual meet competition, with seven pins.
