Andrew Bauer of Cumberland, R.I., Member of 800-Yard Freestyle Relay Team Tabbed WPI Men's Winter Student-Athlete of the Week

Andrew Bauer was part of the WPI men's 800-yard freestyle relay team what was named the WPI Men's Winter Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sunday, March 22nd.

The quartet of Nathan Hughes, Alex Powers, David Smallwood and Andrew Bauer garnered honorable mention All-America status after placing 16th overall at the NCAA Division III Championships in Shenandoah, Texas. The foursome clocked a time of 6:46.68 to place eighth in the morning session in the event that featured timed finals.
