Aaron Hartford of Norwell, Mass., Named to NEWMAC All-Sportsmanship Team

2017 Nov 20

Aaron Hartford was one of seven fall WPI student-athletes to earn a spot on their respective sports All-Sportsmanship team.

WPI seniors Pavolas Christidis, Aaron Hartford, Kat Hurlock, Abby King and Lizzie Rooney were named to NEWMAC All-Sportsmanship teams. Junior Ryan Wittenberg and sophomore Ariana Rozen also made the list.

Christidis represented the men's soccer team while Hartford was the football honoree. Hurlock, King and Rooney were the volleyball, field hockey and women's soccer selections. Wittenberg and Rozen took home the accolade for the cross country programs.

Now in its second year, the NEWMAC All-Sportsmanship team is intended to recognize one student-athlete from each team, in every sport that best demonstrates the ideals of the NEWMAC and its Code of Conduct, regardless of his/her overall performance or statistics for the season.
